This product is used for pouch cell final vacuum sealing after electrolyte injection and cell formation. It features an automatic piercing mechanism to facilitate cell degassing and performs a secondary sealing in a vacuum condition. The temperature of upper & lower sealing blade is digital display controller, offering improved convenience and greater accuracy compared to the last generation.

● The sealing blades are made of copper material, boasts excellent thermal conductivity, thereby boosting working efficiency and reducing energy consumption.

● The pressure of the upper and lower sealing blades can be adjusted by pressure regulating valve to realize different process parameter requirements.

● The upper and lower sealing blades are driven by gas cylinders and guided by two linear guide bushings, which are flexible in up and down movement and guided accurately to ensure parallelism of the sealed edges.

● It has a piercing needle, enabling automatic completion of the piercing process.

● The cover will open automatically when finish sealing.
