Brief Introduction
 
This machine is mainly used for precision winding of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells. The working process is as follows: manually feeding the anode and cathode electrode into the winding part respectively, winding them with separator. And winding them according to the process requirements, automatically paste the end tape, automatically unload the rolled cell.

● Manual feeding electrode, automatic winding and change winding pin, automatic pasting of end tape and automatic unloading.
● The adhesive tape is pasted horizontally (the end tape is perpendicular to the tab), which makes the adhesive flat, and the position of the adhesive can be precisely controlled without pulling the core tightly; the adhesive is stable and reliable.
● Winding speed is adjustable.

● Separator consistent tension control. The rolled cell has no damage, core pulling and dislocation.
