Brief Introduction

 

STC-BMQ-S320 is applied to lithium battery cathode and anode electrode automatic die cutting. The equipment consists of automatic unwinding device, automatic correction device, electrode positioning device, electrode punching and cutting device, electrode sucking device, electrode placing device, driving traction device, tension device, automatic waste collection device.

 

Key Features

 

● Discharging device: Adopts the structure of inflatable shaft, the inflatable shaft with positioning scale; adopts servo torque electrode automatic unwinding.

● Electrode limiting component: Adopt guide plate limiting guide wheel to limit the electrode to ensure that the electrode is not shifted during feeding.

● Driving component: Adopting stepping motor to control traction automatically, any electrode length can be set for traction.

● Punching component: The traction die is punched up and down, and the die pallet adopts a modular mechanism, which is convenient for loading, unloading and adjusting.

● Conveyor belt adjustment assembly: The conveyor belt is limit transitioned through multiple transition rods, and the conveyor belt is conveyed in a circular manner.

● Receiving device: Sucked through a vacuum suction cup, driven by a rod, and placed on the workbench left and right in sequence.

● Protective device: Installation of aluminum profile frame with Plexiglas plate protective cover, die-cutting part is installed with protective grating.
