Brief Introduction

The machine is mainly designed for sample preparation in laboratory battery material research and development, including coin cell assembly and sealing for research on capacitors. It can also be used for small-batch trial production in factories. The electric drive reduces operating effort. By changing the different molds, the machine can also be used for dry powder pressing, wet powder pressing, compression forming, riveting, and other operations. The standard mold is designed for CR20XX series coin cells. By replacing the mold components, the machine can also be used for crimping CR2450, CR2430, and other coin cells, as well as for disassembly mold.
