Brief Introduction

It’s used for mixing dispersion of various common battery powder and liquid to achieve uniform battery slurry, especially for the high viscosity technological process.

Part 1. Mixing Tank

Inner and outer liners	Inner and outer liners are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The inner liner and bowl bottom are lathe‑machined; the inner liner is polished to 300-grit by an automatic polishing machine; the outer surface of the bowl is finished to 200-grit. The flow-deflecting plate is externally turned on a lathe for seamless fitting with the jacket plate.
