This air forced drying oven is precision-manufactured using large-scale laser cutting equipment. It is suitable for drying, baking, wax melting, and sterilization applications in industrial enterprises, laboratories, and research institutions.

● Optional Functions: built-in printer, RS485/232 interface, high-definition touchscreen with USB data export and curve display, wireless alarm system (SMS alarm system), multi-segment programming.
● The overall appearance of the machine has been upgraded. The outer housing is made of cold-rolled steel sheet with electrostatic powder coating, providing strong corrosion resistance.
● The PID control panel provides clear and intuitive control of temperature, time, and other operating parameters, making operation simple and convenient.
● The circuit breaker provides stable and highly repeatable operation and replaces traditional fuses, which need to be replaced after blowing.
● Turbo centrifugal fan blades with unique bottom air supply and bottom heating coordination. Air is drawn from the bottom, blown from both left and right sides, and a dual-air-duct 360-degree forced circulation design makes the temperature distribution in the working chamber more uniform (redesigned strong convection air duct significantly improves uniformity).
● The inner chamber is made of 316 stainless steel with a double-layer air-duct structure and rounded R-corners, making it easy to clean while providing good thermal insulation and helping maintain a relatively low outer housing temperature.
● The multi-segment temperature and time programming function supports up to 30 program segments and 99 cycles, allowing users to create customized heating and drying sequences.
● 310S material perforated tray, flat, load-bearing up to 40KG. Layer height can be adjusted arbitrarily. (310S stainless steel withstands temperatures up to 1200°C, not easily deformed at high temperatures.)
● Stainless steel heating tube located at the bottom of the equipment. Air is drawn from the bottom and blown from both left and right sides to circulate heating inside the chamber.
● After a sudden external power failure and power restoration, the equipment can automatically resume operation according to the original set program.
